For guides and outfitters
See RIVERRISE Booking working
Bear Creek Outfitters is a sample business. The booking window, the emails and the office tools behind it are the real RIVERRISE Booking software. This page walks you through what to try and what happens behind the scenes.
Try it yourself
Book a trip the way your guests would
It takes about two minutes on a phone. Nothing leaves this page and nobody is sent to another website to pay.
- 1
Pick a date
Open dates show right away, with seats left for each start time. Full and closed days are greyed out, so guests never ask for a date you can't run.
Open the calendar - 2
Choose a trip and group
Pick half day, full day or a private boat, then add anglers. The price updates as they go, starting at $325 per angler.
See the trips page - 3
Review the details
Guests check everything, read your deposit and cancellation policy, and add a promo or gift card code if they have one.
Jump to spring - 4
Pay the deposit
A 25% deposit holds the seats. The card is saved securely with Stripe so the balance can be charged later, automatically.
Try the checkout
After they book
What happens next, without you lifting a finger
Every message goes out from your business name, in your colors, on the right day.
Confirmation and calendar invite
The guest gets a receipt, trip details, a calendar file and a link to view or change their booking. You get a new-booking alert.
Waivers signed online
Everyone in the group signs from their own phone. You see who has signed in the office.
Balance charged automatically
The rest is charged to the saved card and the guest gets a receipt. If a card fails, the guest gets a link to pay and you are told.
Meeting details and a reminder
Where and when to meet, what to bring and the license reminder, sent on schedule.
A review request
A short thank-you that asks for a review while the day is still fresh.
Unfinished checkouts are followed up
Someone who stops at the payment step gets a friendly reminder, and you get their name and number to call.
Your side
The office, built for running trips
Guests see a two-minute booking. You get a calendar that knows your boats, seats and guides.
- Calendar and day view. Every trip, seat and guest on one screen, with who has paid and signed.
- Phone bookings. Book a caller in seconds and send them a link to pay.

- Guide assignments. Guides get an email when they are put on a trip.

Little things that win bookings
Prices never go stale
Trip prices, seasons, start times and the deposit on every page come straight from the booking settings. Change a price once and the whole site updates.
Book from anywhere
Every "Check dates" button opens the same booking window, and the season cards on the home page open straight to that season's dates.
Made for phones
Most guests book on a phone. A book-and-call bar follows them down the page, and nothing needs zooming or sideways scrolling.
Policies written once
The FAQ answers about deposits, weather and cancellations use your actual policy text, so the site and the checkout always agree.
Speed matters
Fast pages keep guests booking
We ran Google's Lighthouse phone test in October 2026 on this demo and on four guide websites that use popular booking platforms.
| Home page, phone test | Speed score | Main image shows in | Page size | Booking |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| This demo | 99 | 1.8 s | 0.3 MB | On the same page |
| Four guide sites on popular booking platforms | 25 to 60 | 8 to 37 s | 3 to 10.5 MB | Off to another page or site |
Scores change with hosting, photos and plugins. This demo runs on ordinary shared hosting.
